2. What data is processed and where it comes from

Only the data you provide and the data your visit generates technically is processed:

Contact form: name, email address, company (optional) and the content of the message you write.
Technical request data: IP address, date and time and browser (user agent), which the server records when it receives the form, for the sole purpose of preventing abuse and automated submissions.

The source of the data is always the data subject themselves. This site does not use analytics, personalisation or advertising cookies, does not build profiles and does not obtain data from third-party sources. See the cookie policy.

3. For what purpose

To handle, manage and respond to the enquiry, request or proposal you send.
To maintain the contact needed to assess or prepare a possible professional engagement.
To ensure the security of the site and prevent fraudulent use of the form.

The data is not used to send unsolicited commercial communications.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on:

Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given expressly by ticking the box accepting this policy before submitting the form.
Additionally, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) where your message seeks information about the services or a possible engagement.

You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to correo@israelfuster.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

5. How long the data is kept

Form messages are kept while the enquiry is being handled and, afterwards, for a maximum of one year from the last contact, in case of related communications.
Technical server logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months.

After those periods the data is erased, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it or it is needed to bring or defend against claims.

6. Who the data is shared with

Data is not disclosed to third parties. It is accessed only by the following providers, as processors and in order to provide the service infrastructure:

Dinahosting, S.L. (Spain) — website hosting and form processing. Servers in the European Union.
JustHost / Newfold Digital, Inc. (mail server mail.israelfuster.com), with prior filtering by SpamExperts (N-able, Inc.) — email service through which the message is received and managed.

7. International transfers

The domain’s email service may involve processing data on servers located in the United States (the email providers listed in the previous section). Such transfers are carried out with the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR: standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, the provider’s adherence to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If the email provider ultimately processes the data solely within the EU, this section will be removed.

8. Your rights

You may exercise the following rights:

Access your personal data.
Request its rectification or erasure.
Request the restriction of its processing.
Object to the processing.
Request data portability.
Withdraw the consent given.

To exercise them, write to correo@israelfuster.com stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity. A reply will be given within one month at the latest.

If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (C/ Jorge Juan, 6 — 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es).

9. Security

The site is served entirely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and the form submission travels encrypted. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect the data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access, and access to the messages received is restricted to the controller.

10. Minors

The site is not aimed at children under 14 and their data is not knowingly collected.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory changes or changes to the service itself. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown above.
